The initial visit was great but it���s almost been a month and I have yet to receive a call to bring my vehicle back for the repairs in needs. Communication has been terrible which is disappointing. I have called and texted for updates and have only received one text that they were waiting for parts.

Your service department person did not listen when I dropped my vehicle off.I always say " 2018 Equinox diesel" Then your mechanic did not know the difference between a gas and diesel engine so it took longer than necessary to find the correct part to fix my car. Then requested I pay in advance for my parts. This was a first. Serpentini has definately gone down hill in service. I have never not showed up for parts that have been ordered for my vehicle. Considering other dealerships in the future.

I had problem with applecarplay not always connecting. Service finally found that te radio was defective and replaced it.Faced with a sporadic problem they stuck with finally finding it and fixing it. Great service department that bends over backwards to help customers.

Was told he didn���t know the computer program and forgot to put one of the services on warranty 2 nd day I was told they didn���t have the part 3rd day was told they got the part but the ac machine was broken and couldn���t work on it and I it would be done on Monday Monday I never heard from anyone Tuesday I called and was told it would be done that day Later that day I was told the tech had other vehicles on the lifts and mine wouldn���t be done until Wednesday

Took me right in and back to the waiting area. She was super nice and kind in how she treated me. Explained the problem with my vehicle and getting parts and that they would call me as soon as they were in to schedule.
