Your service department person did not listen when I dropped my vehicle off.I always say " 2018 Equinox diesel" Then your mechanic did not know the difference between a gas and diesel engine so it took longer than necessary to find the correct part to fix my car. Then requested I pay in advance for my parts. This was a first. Serpentini has definately gone down hill in service. I have never not showed up for parts that have been ordered for my vehicle. Considering other dealerships in the future.
