Confirmed Service Customer
My appt. was at 8:00. It was to take 1 1/2 hrs. I got there at 8:00. They took my car back right away. The guy that took care of me when I got there lhad come out several times talking to others about their vehicle. It was after 10:00 and I asked about my car and it was on the rack. No one said anything to me about my car and it was after 11:30 when I saw my car was not in the bay and not in the building. I went to the young man and asked where my car was and he referred me to Mike the service manager. My car was outside ready to go and no one said a word to me. They knew I was really upset about it but said "it's covered under warranty so it costs you nothing. Here's your keys. Have a nice day" . They totally ruined my day. I was to be in Elyria at 11:30 to have Christmas with family members going away for Christmas. Needless to say that didn't work out. I specifically made an early appt. for that reason. If they knew it would not be done right away they should have told me and I would have rescheduled. Their service was awful and inexcusable. Totally ruined my day but what did they care. It cost me nothing out of pocket. I will not recommend you for service to any friends or family. If I should ever buy another vehicle it will not be from you.
