The service manager was very knowledgeable in what my service of my car. After service was complete he said my brakes was still good and didn't need worked on. I got an oil change and a multi point inspection. He also suggested a fuel injection cleaning. I told him later on for right now. The service manager name is Jim C Pavlik. A very pleasant person..

I didn't receive a copy of the bill of sale. I did receive a copy of the loan. I signed a warranty sheet but also no copy was given. The interest rate in the add showed 6.2 percent for 60 months my rate given was 7.9 despite my very high credit score .

The dealership was performing a recall on my truck and could not complete it due to an error code. Called GM corporate and couldn’t resolve the issue. To be done on my next oil change.

I was told I needed to replace my radiator at a cost of $2200 while having my oil changed. I went to a trusted mechanic the same day to verify. He ran a pressure test and said there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car. Pretty disappointed. This won’t keep me from coming back, but my trust in the service department has been lost.

A very expensive oil change and filter replacement. Total bill was 187.00$. To find out Chevy sends out rebate coupons after service was completed. Service was 1/9/2025, rebate certificates sent to email 1/12. And then never washed car. Only interested in getting me to purchase or trade a vehicle. Terrible service
