JC was very courteous and helpful. I had an unexpected issue with my 2018 Equinox, he took my concerns seriously, got my car in right away for service. The dealership provided a shuttle so I could get to work without any further disruption in my day or to my coworkers and also provided a shuttle when the repair was complete. I really appreciate the shuttle service.
