I had an issue with one of my truck tires being low on air and I noticed it on my way to work last Thursday morning. The service department got me in the same day, right after work. My spare was put on the truck and a new tire was ordered, because my regular tire was permanently damaged. It was placed in the back of my truck for me to see. I was called that Saturday to come get my new tire installed and it took just a few minutes. Honest, Dependable, Hard Working, and Always Helpful. Just a few reasons why I will continue to go to Serpentini Chevy in Medina, Ohio.
