The write up guy was easy to work with and did a good job explaining the process. I was able to schedule the repair the next day after the initial visit. The service was completed on time as promised. However, I will continue to avoid using dealer service whenever possible because of the cost. $215.00/ hr labor is beyond ridiculous. Then paying retail+ for parts and a $50.00 miscellaneous shop fee adds insult to injury. The final gouge was a 3% up charge for using a credit card (I suffered the inconvenience of having to write a check). Whenever I talk cars with my friends the conversation always swings around to avoiding dealer service because of cost. We all agree warranty work only at a dealer.
