Serpentini Medina treated me upfront and with much respect (JC). I was surprised that my platinum warranty didn't cover the faulty glow plug, which i was given a fresh copy to see this was a fact. I was equally surprised it also did not cover the diagnostic if we decided to replace the item ourselves. After talking with a dealer representative (Ben Yargar), who has assisted me before, they entire job was paid for by this dealership. Thank you very much !!! The job was completed in record time for me as a "waiter". Waiting accommodations at this dealership are very pleasant. We ARE repeat customers!! And for a reason! Our list so far: new 1987 SS Monte Carlo (Don Alden salesman), 1988 Chevy station wagon, 2002 Silverado HD, 2005 Pontiac Bonneville , 2014 Camaro RS (best car ever!!), 2015 Silverado High Country diesel, and a 2024 Trail Blazer. We are thankful for the service and reliability (Gallucci, O'Brien, Serpentini) we have experienced from this lot over the years. And we look forward to future business. I love me a bow-tie!
