    Dear Sean - Last week I took delivery of a 2013 Equinox. The process in leasing the Equinox was so smooth and well-orchestrated. From the initial contact with Bill Mohler, your staff in Sales and Finance along with Dominic and Brett in Service as well as the folks in the Parts Department worked in coordination with my requests and those among themselves to replace a 2010 with a 2013 Equinox in a seamless fashion.

     Your team has eliminated the rough spots of auto buying. There's no wonder you champion in sales and service. Success is by no means automatic. Using sports as an analogy, practice and planning are part and parcel towards success.

        My salesman Mike Vincent was great! I can say the same about the entire staff there as well. I had aftermarket accessories installed on this vehicle and even the service department was great to deal with. They offered me coffee or water, asked if I need a shuttle to get something to eat, and they open the door for you every time you walk outside. Someone runs in front of you to make sure they hold the door open for you. It was too much. I went from having the worst experience at Ganley Chevrolet, returning the vehicle I bought from them, to later that night going to Pat O'Brien South having the best experience ever. I will always go back there.

                    I have to answer yes to every question asked in this e-mail. We (myself and my husband) as consumers, try to prepare ourselves for every scenario we might encounter when making a major purchase. We came into your dealership to view our options on a sign and drive deal we saw on a television ad. We were not sure we would qualify for the purchase.

                    When we found out that we did not, your team provided us with other options we only thought could be achieved down the road in our future. However, you brought the future to our present in a VERY satisfying way. We did not take the time to research the option of purchasing a used car and came away feeling very satisfied.
